Job summary

Durocon in Belgaum (Karnataka) is seeking a Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory. This on-site role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus travel within Belgaum and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in field sales, business development, and territory management within building materials or construction-related products.
• Ability to manage dealer and distributor networks, build long-term customer relationships, and drive repeat business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Comfort with basic sales reporting, use of CRM or sales tracking tools, and data-driven follow-up planning.
• Knowledge of construction chemicals or related product categories is highly beneficial.
