Job summary

Propreciate pvt Ltd. in Noida seeks a Sales Executive/Sales Associate to directly consult with clients, understand requirements across residential, commercial, and plot segments, and present real estate offerings.

You will lead outreach, site visits, and relationship building throughout the sales cycle, with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong English/Hindi communication, with freshers welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree mandatory.
• Open to Freshers and Experienced sales professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• High confidence, active listening, persuasive negotiation, and a results mindset.
• Location: Sector 132, Noida; full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand requirements across Commercial, Residential, and Plot segments.

+ Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Deal directly with clients to understand their specific requirements across Commercial,Residential, and Plot segments.
• Telephonic & Direct Outreach: Connect with potential buyers through outbound calls and direct consultations to present real estate offerings.
• Project Presentations & Site Visits: Explain detailed project layouts, pricing, and amenities while organizing and leading site visits.
• Relationship Management: Build, cultivate, and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead Management & Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with active leads, clarify prospective queries, and progress deals through the sales pipeline.
• Target Achievement: Work proactively toward achieving and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales milestones.

+ Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduate in any discipline) is mandatory.
• Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced sales professionals .
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Hindi.

• Location & Availability: Based in or willing to commute to Sector 132, Noida . and full-time on-site work.
