Job summary

SSB Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 2 Sales Executives to sell our business software products across Ranchi, Jharkhand and the wider Indian market.

SSB Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 2 Sales Executives to sell our business software products across Ranchi, Jharkhand and the wider Indian market.

You will sell our ready-to-deploy products — school management software, hospital management software, hotel and restaurant POS, HR and payroll software, and custom ERP solutions — to schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, retailers and small businesses.

Your day to day work will involve generating and following up on leads, calling and visiting prospective customers, giving product demonstrations, understanding what each business actually needs, preparing quotations, negotiating and closing deals, and keeping your pipeline updated in our ERP.

You do not need a technical background, but you do need proven sales experience. We give you full product training before you start selling, and our technical team joins you on demos whenever a customer asks detailed questions.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Compensation will be discussed during the interview and depends on your track record.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software, IT product or B2B sales — this is a mandatory requirement
• Graduate in any discipline — BBA, MBA in Marketing or B.Com preferred
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role
• Confident spoken Hindi and working knowledge of English
• Comfortable with cold calling, client visits and giving product demonstrations
• Able to explain software features in simple business language a non-technical buyer understands
• Basic computer skills — email, WhatsApp Business, MS Excel and CRM or ERP data entry
• Willing to travel locally in and around Ranchi and Jharkhand for client meetings
• Two wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred
• Target driven and self motivated, comfortable working towards monthly sales goals
• Good negotiation, follow-up and relationship building skills
• Honest and regular reporting of leads, follow ups and pipeline
• Immediate joiners preferred
