Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Pune is seeking a full-time sales professional. The role involves engaging customers, presenting MYOP perfumes, and driving monthly and daily targets while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Store etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Inviting customers to outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
