Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring a full-time retail associate for the Downtown Mall outlet in Thalassery, India. You will work toward monthly and daily targets, demonstrate products, and help customers choose the right perfume while maintaining store standards.

The role requires excellent communication, multilingual ability, and strong time management. Freshers are welcome; graduates with retail experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit excellent work ethic and time management.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette and timings.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products and help identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Prepare and follow DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when needed.

Qualification
