Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a full-time retail associate in Mumbai to drive monthly and daily targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate products, assist customers in selecting perfumes, and maintain store presentation.

The role requires excellent communication, time management, and a willingness to learn through trainings. Freshers welcome; graduates with retail experience preferred; multilingual abilities are valued to serve a diverse customer base.

• Develop and arrangepromotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOPat store.
• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.
• Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume .
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock .
• Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cox dept if required

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates withexcellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
