Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Mumbai is seeking a full-time retail sales associate to drive monthly and daily targets, demonstrate perfumes, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will manage in-store merchandising, handle stock requests to the head office, and resolve customer issues while maintaining SOP adherence and outlet etiquette.

Freshers are welcome; graduates with 2 years retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales or freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette.
• Complete all trainings within defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products and help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, complete DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle, resolve customer complaints and escalate if required.
