Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our Pune outlet in Maharashtra. You will engage customers, demonstrate perfumes, and help them identify the right fragrance while working toward daily and monthly targets.

The role requires excellent communication, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in multiple languages. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided to develop product knowledge and in-store merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate perfumes to identify suitable products.
• Assist customers to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock integrity.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly with escalation when needed.
• Participate in stock audits and order placement to HO.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, store etiquette, and timings.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthlyand daily targets
• Ensuring high level ofcustomer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic andtime management skills.
• Develop and arrangepromotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOPat store.
• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.
• Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock .
• Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cox debt if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates withexcellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be ableto communicate in multiple languages.
