Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive growth in Nagpur district. You will visit active construction sites and real estate developments to identify opportunities and promote construction materials.

The role requires building strong relationships with masons, builders, and contractors, generating leads, and maintaining timely follow-ups. Two-wheeler is mandatory for daily field visits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C field sales; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• For experienced candidates, experience in building materials or construction industry is mandatory.
• Must own and operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting active construction sites and real estate developments.
• Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks.
• Build and maintain relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts and track sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements

• Candidates with any degree background are acceptable
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply).
• For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry (like Stone aggregates, cements, Bricks, Paints etc.,) is mandatory.
• Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits
