Job summary

Purview Services in Gurugram, Haryana invites a field sales professional to drive growth by engaging on-site with construction projects and real estate developments.

You will promote materials like aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks, build relationships with masons and contractors, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Freshers with good communication welcome; experience in building materials preferred.

Qualifications

• Any degree background acceptable.
• 1 to 3 years in B2C field sales; freshers with right attitude welcome.
• For experienced candidates, background in building materials or construction is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments.
• Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks.
• Build and maintain relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts and track sales activities.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments in assigned territories.

• Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other key industry professionals.
• Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts and track sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Education

Qualification & Requirements

• Candidates with any degree background are acceptable
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply).
• For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry (like Stone aggregates, cements, Bricks, Paints etc.,) is mandatory.
• Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
