Job summary

JSW Cements in Malappuram is seeking a field role candidate with a Civil background to drive cement adoption at homebuilder sites and project sites. You will verbally persuade masons/contractors and demonstrate product benefits to win orders.

Responsibilities include conducting customer guidance camps, enrolling masons, following up on dealer orders, and meeting volume targets, while building a local network of engineers and contractors for lead flow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/field roles.
• Location: Malappuram (Kerala).
• Languages: Malayalam and English.

Responsibilities

• Visit to homebuilders site for technically convincing the customer/mason to use JSW cement over other brands, through verbal discussion & demonstrations & technical convincing
• Visit of all project sites for technically convincing the site to use JSW products
• Conducting of customer guidance camps at select locations for generation of demand for JSW cement (Ex pockets of homebuilder sites)
• Enrolment of Masons & contractors for the Mason loyalty programme
• Follow up on sales (new orders & repeat orders) from dealers wrt brand conversion (wrt leads generated from site visits done by LATF themselves)
• Attending sales promotional meetings
• Conversion/volume targets—as decided by SMH & STH
• Collect a data bank of local engineers, architects, contractors, masons and other influencers and pass leads to the State Technical Head/Local Technical Officer.
