• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined and personalised customer experience aligned with the GBJ brand philosophy.
• Assist clients in discovering jewellery pieces suited to their style, occasion, and preferences.
• Build strong client relationships and nurture repeat clientele through exceptional service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.
• Present jewellery collections with confidence, sophistication, and product understanding.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Handle customer queries, customisation requests, and after-sales interactions professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and inventory management.
• Represent the brand gracefully during exhibitions, launches, and special events.
