Kearnfit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident Sales Executive for office and field work in Odisha. The role requires a two-wheeler, willingness to travel, and hands-on sales experience. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with travel to Cuttack/Bhubaneswar.

The position targets growth through direct prospecting, product demonstrations and onboarding of IBOs, with strong communication and presentation skills essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in Direct Selling/MLM, Wellness, FMCG, Pharma or Nutraceuticals is an advantage.
• Science/Pharma background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach new prospects through direct prospecting and field visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits effectively.
• Present the Kearnfit business opportunity to prospective IBOs.
• Follow up with prospects and support customer/IBO retention.
• Support new IBO onboarding, training and mentorship.
• Organise product awareness activities, meetings and business events.
• Monitor sales volume, business activity and assigned targets.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
• Conduct online meetings through Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams when required.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Training and Operations teams.

Kearnfit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

• Location: Cuttack / Bhubaneswar, Odisha
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Education: Science / Pharma preferred
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Work Mode: Office + Field Work
• Two-wheeler & willingness to travel: Required
• Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
