Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is recruiting for a full-time retail sales role at Hilite Countryside Mall Chemmad, Malappuram, Kerala. You will engage customers, showcase perfumes, and help maintain attractive in-store displays. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work toward daily targets.

Freshers are welcome; multilingual ability is a plus. Experience in customer service and a positive work ethic are valued, along with adherence to SOPs

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Store etiquette and store timing compliance.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• DSR and Daily checklists.
