Job summary

MYOP is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate at our Rohini, New Delhi store to drive monthly and daily targets, assist customers and present our perfumes. Freshers are welcome; graduates with 2 years in retail are preferred.

Strong communication in multiple languages and good time management are essential to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will help with stock, promotions and merchandising, maintain SOPs, and ensure high customer satisfaction while supporting daily store

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and present products; invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store and store etiquette and timings.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints; escalate if required.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; perform DSr and daily checklists.
