SGD Connects is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell plots to buyers and investors in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The role offers a fixed salary with performance-based incentives and requires field visits, strong communication, and a target-driven mindset.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in sales, a background in BBA/MBA preferred, and willingness to travel within Hyderabad. MS Office and CRM tools knowledge is a plus as you build client relationships and close deals.

Qualifications

• BBA / MBA preferred.
• 0–3 years of sales experience.
• Real estate experience preferred, not mandatory.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits within Hyderabad.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into customers.
• Generate leads through personal references, networking, and referrals.
• Participate in field visits and marketing campaigns to generate new leads.
• Explain plot details, layouts, pricing & payment plans to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for interested customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals while coordinating the documentation process.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

SGD Connects is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell open plots to prospective buyers and investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into potential customers
• Generate leads through personal references, networking, and referrals
• Participate in field visits and marketing campaigns to generate new leads
• Follow up with leads received through field activities and promotional campaigns
• Explain plot details, layouts, pricing & payment plans to prospective clients
• Schedule and conduct site visits for interested customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
