Job summary

SalaryBox in Gurugram, India is seeking a fresh sales/new business development associate to engage with inbound leads and identify opportunities. You will qualify prospects, conduct product demos, and manage the sales pipeline to drive closures.

The role requires strong English and Hindi communication, good listening and follow-up skills, and a readiness to learn in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup. Freshers are welcome to apply and grow with SalaryBox.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of sales/business development experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in B2B SaaS sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads and understand their requirements.
• Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demos and explain SalaryBox's value proposition.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle basic customer objections and work towards closures.
• Maintain lead and opportunity details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the onboarding/customer success team after closure.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
