Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Kochi is seeking a Full-time Retail Sales associate at Lulu Mall. You will work towards daily targets, assist customers, demonstrate products, and ensure in-store merchandising and cleanliness.

Freshers and graduates with 2 years retail sales experience are welcome. Strong communication across languages and a passion for sales are valued. Training completion and adherence to SOP are required.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Store etiquette and store timing
• Completion of trainings within the defined timeline
• Inviting customers to outlet and introducing MYOP concept
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Help customers identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising
• DSR and daily checklists
• Placing stock requests to HO
• Validating and receiving stock
