Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers entering the store.
• Understand style, size, budget and recommend products.
• Help customers assemble looks and drive sales towards targets.
• Maintain product knowledge on new arrivals, fits, sizes, pricing.
• Assist with trial rooms, conversions, and store operations.
• Support billing and day-to-day store tasks as needed.
• Keep showroom neat, displays organized, and merchandise attractive.
• Assist restocking, tagging, and basic inventory activities.
• Handle queries professionally for a positive experience.

About the Role

We're looking for energetic, confident, and fashion-conscious Sales Executives to join the BTCH showroom team. Your main role is to create a great shopping experience, understand customer needs, and help drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.
• Understand their style, requirements, size, and budget.
• Recommend products and help customers put together looks.
• Actively drive sales and work towards individual and store targets.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including new arrivals, fits, sizes, and pricing.
• Assist customers in the trial room and encourage conversions.
• Keep the showroom, displays, racks, and merchandise neat and attractive.
• Assist with restocking, folding, tagging, and basic inventory activities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
• Support billing and other day-to-day store operations when required.
• Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and a professional attitude.
