Job summary

Misha Enterprises in Amritsar is seeking a motivated retail sales associate to welcome and assist customers in selecting ethnic wear and related accessories. You will understand occasions, budgets and style preferences, and present fabrics, designs and customization options to close sales.

The role emphasizes delivering a premium shopping experience with diligent follow-up, stock handling and teamwork with tailoring, billing and delivery teams. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in ethnic wear, fashion, apparel, jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable and well-groomed personality.
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi is required; basic English is preferred.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and during peak wedding seasons.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable working as part of a team.
