Qualifications

• Freshers or experienced in healthcare or diagnostics sector.
• Proven team management experience in sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in Medical Technology or B.Pharm prioritized.
• In-depth knowledge of the city market and doctor network; Prior field sales experience essential.

• Effectively present and promote diagnostic services, conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Devise and implement area-wise business strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
