Job summary

Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited is seeking a field sales professional in Jaipur to drive revenue for radiology and pathology diagnostic services. The role requires visiting hospitals, meeting physicians, and engaging with existing and potential clients to build a strong regional client base.

The candidate should have a graduate degree and at least 1 year of field sales experience, with strong communication skills and local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue revenue targets for Radiology & Pathology Diagnostics services.
• Visit hospitals and meetings with physicians.
• Interact with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities for B2B and B2C business.
• Generate monthly MIS and monitor sales/marketing processes.
• Develop client base in new territories.
• Communicate effectively; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
• Know local market: doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Understand radiology modalities and pathology tests; aware of local competition.
• Plan sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Experience in field work is required.

Responsibilities

• Pursuing revenue targets of Radiology & Pathology Diagnostics Services.
• Will be involved in visiting hospitals / Meeting physicians.
• Interacting with the existing and prospective clients
• Identify the suitable opportunities for B2B and B2C Business.
• Excellent understanding of Sales & Marketing process with monthly MIS generation
• One who should venture into uncharted territories and develop client base.
• Good Communication skills. Regional language skills would be additional beneficial skills
• Well aware about local market in terms of Doctors, Clinics, hospitals and Diagnostics Centres.
• Knowledge on different specialties of Doctors - Orthopaedic, Neurology, MD Medicine, etc.
• Aware about Diagnostics industry - Radiology modalities and Pathology tests, local competition.
• Sales Planning for achieving the monthly targets.
• Candidate Should have experience into Field Work
