Job summary

Harivallabhi Jewellers and Sarees llp in Bengaluru seeks a motivated Sales Executive to join our Gold and Silver business. You will handle customer enquiries, promote products, develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships, and strive to achieve sales targets.

You will identify potential customers, generate leads, explain product quality and pricing, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, while maintaining databases and reporting on sales performance.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, promoting gold and silver products, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Promote and sell gold and silver products to customers and business clients.
• Explain product quality, purity, weight, pricing, and market rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gold and silver price movements.
