• Handle enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Complete vehicle booking, finance, insurance, registration, and delivery documents.
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain CRM guest records and follow up on leads.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Stay updated on Toyota product range, offers, and dealership policies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams for smooth handovers.
• Adhere to dealership sales processes and documentation standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom guests, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Ensure a seamless, respectful, and transparent experience at every stage of the sales journey.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Handle enquiries, lead follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of sales.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle booking, finance, insurance, registration, and delivery documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate guest records in CRM and follow up on potential leads.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toyota product range, features, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on promotional offers, finance schemes, and dealership policies
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate/Diploma with 3-8 years experience in Automobile Sales
