Job summary

HireArch in Coimbatore, India is seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing leader to drive PCBA and Wiring Harness business. You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchase and Management to meet customer requirements, monitor targets, forecast pipeline, and travel for client visits. 8–12 years in Sales/BD with PCBA/Electronics manufacturing experience preferred; strong

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for PCBA and Wiring Harness products.
• Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads, conduct customer visits, and convert prospects into business.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate with customers.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchase, and Management teams to meet customer requirements.
• Understand customer specifications, drawings, BOMs, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor sales targets, order status, forecasting, and business pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, and automotive/electronics manufacturers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, sales forecasts, and management updates.

Required Experience

8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.

Strong experience in PCBA, Electronics Manufacturing, and Wiring Harness is preferred.

Experience in handling OEM / EMS / Electronics manufacturing customers will be an advantage.

Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of PCBA and Wiring Harness products.
