Adroitec Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer for CNC machines and 3D printing solutions to drive new business and manage industrial customers in India.

You will combine technical knowledge with B2B sales to understand client needs and recommend suitable machinery and additive manufacturing solutions. The role involves field visits, product demonstrations, and extensive travel within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in technical/B2B industrial sales.
• Experience selling CNC machines is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing sectors.
• Sell and promote CNC machines, industrial 3D printers, additive manufacturing solutions, and 3D scanners.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions and demonstrations.
• Understand manufacturing requirements and recommend CNC/3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, exhibitions, referrals and digital platforms.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with application engineers for demonstrations, trials and proofs-of-concept.

About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong experience in CNC machine sales and/or 3D printing solutions to develop new business and manage industrial customers across manufacturing and engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical knowledge and B2B sales experience, with the ability to understand customer requirements, conduct technical discussions and recommend suitable machinery/solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, engineering and industrial sectors.
• Sell and promote CNC Machines, Industrial 3D Printers, Metal & Polymer Additive Manufacturing solutions, and 3D Scanners.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions and demonstrations.
• Understand manufacturing requirements and recommend appropriate CNC / 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals and digital platforms.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with application engineers and technical teams for demonstrations, trials and proof-of-concept activities.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, engineering companies, research institutions and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and industry events.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in technical/B2B industrial sales.
• Experience selling CNC Machines is highly preferred.
