Job summary

NBG Printographic in India is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with 10–12 years of experience to develop the market for Narrow & Mid Web Modular Flexo presses across South India.

The role involves identifying customers in the label and packaging industry, understanding their applications, and preparing technical–commercial proposals with presentations. Regular travel across South India is expected, coordinating with sales, engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of sales experience in industrial or capital equipment.
• Experience in narrow web flexo, label printing or converting machinery.
• Strong network with label printers and converters in South India.
• Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
• Engineering degree or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop customers for NBG’s presses in South India.
• Prepare technical–commercial proposals and conduct product presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle and coordinate with engineering/production teams.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and demonstrate capabilities.

NBG Printographic is an Indian manufacturer and exporter of printing and packaging machinery, with a strong focus on Narrow & Mid Web Modular Flexo Presses for labels and flexible packaging.

Our presses are manufactured at our in‑house facility using precision CNC machining and CMM inspection, with an emphasis on engineering accuracy, reliability and consistent machine performance.

Role – Sales Engineer | Narrow & Mid Web Flexo – South India

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to develop the market for NBG’s Narrow & Mid Web Modular Flexo Presses across South India.

The role will involve identifying and developing customers in the label and packaging industry, understanding their applications, recommending suitable press configurations, preparing technical-commercial proposals, conducting product presentations and managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle. The position requires regular customer visits and travel across South India, while working closely with NBG’s sales, engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in narrow web flexo, label printing or converting machinery preferred
• Strong understanding of the label and packaging industry in South India
• Existing relationships with label printers and converters will be a significant advantage
• Experience in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales
• Ability to understand applications and translate technical capabilities into customer solutions
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field preferred
• Comfortable with extensive travel across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala
