Job summary

Deccan AI in Hyderabad is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to craft high-quality sales collateral, pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses that directly influence client engagement and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, ML, and Delivery to translate client needs into compelling narratives, ensure materials reinforce Deccan AI’s messaging pillars, and deliver client-ready content under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging.
• Experience in presentation design, sales collateral, and content development.
• Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client submissions.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong design sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML or technology domains is a strong plus.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sales collateral, pitchbooks, proposals, and RFP responses that directly influence client engagement and business outcomes. You will work closely with Sales, ML, and Delivery teams to understand client needs, translate complex information into compelling narratives, and ensure all materials reinforce Deccan AI’s core messaging pillars.

• Partner with Sales and client-facing teams to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Translate client insights into clear, persuasive presentation content that highlights commercial value.
• Develop high-quality sales collateral, pitchbooks, and enablement materials that position Deccan AI as a thought leader and trusted partner.
• Own and support RFP/RFI responses and proposals, translating client requirements into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant submissions.
• Design and deliver proposals, customized client decks, pitchbooks, and other sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, ML, and Delivery teams to gather inputs and develop accurate, client-ready content.
• Ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, well-structured, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
