Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Social Widgets by Taggbox in Jaipur, India, seeks an outbound BDR/SDR to build pipelines across international markets. You’ll target cold accounts, identify the right buyers, and set up meetings for our AEs. Expect a high-volume day with calls, LinkedIn touches, and email sequences.
You'll also handle inbound sign-ups (around 20%) and qualify them quickly. The role rewards persistence, great written English, and the habit of researching before dialing.
You’ll build outbound pipelines across international markets, mostly from cold accounts. You find the right people, get their attention, and hand our AEs meetings worth taking. Around 20% of your pipeline comes from inbound sign-ups we pass to you, so it’s not a pure cold grind.
This is a volume role, and we don’t hide that. On a normal day you’ll make around 80 cold calls, run about 30 LinkedIn touches, and send 200–300 emails through sequences. But volume alone doesn’t book meetings. The people who win here research first, write like a human, and know what the prospect actually cares about before they dial.
It won’t all be cold. Roughly 20% of your work comes from inbound sign-ups we hand you, so you’ll have a steady stream of warm leads to qualify and convert alongside the outbound.
Social Walls: event and experiential marketers, brand activation managers, event and creative agencies, conference organisers, venues and stadiums, and internal comms teams running big gatherings.
Taggbox: e-commerce and retail brands wanting shoppable UGC and social proof, growth and social media marketers at mid-market brands, and travel and hospitality teams that live on reviews.
A hustler. Someone who treats the target as a floor, not a ceiling, and gets genuinely annoyed when they miss it. You can take a hang-up and dial the next number without flinching. You’re organized enough to run high volume without dropping follow-ups, and coachable enough to get better every week.
Nice to have: Sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Lemlist), a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sales Navigator or similar, and some feel for marketing, events, or e-commerce.
