Job summary

Botree Software in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to source and qualify new opportunities using prospecting tools, cold outreach, and effective value articulation.

You will build relationships with senior decision makers, maintain a healthy pipeline, schedule calls with sales executives, and manage CRM and MIS to support targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as sales development representative with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

Requirements

• Four or more years as sales development representative with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations
• Strong communication skills over phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish the right contacts and deal with senior level prospets
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
