HDFC Life in Nashik invites applications for the Corporate Agency Manager - Banca. This field role focuses on building and sustaining profitable relationships with Bancassurance partners to drive life insurance sales.

You will travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers, meet business targets, participate in pre/post sales activities, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Minimum sales experience 6 months to 4 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to influence.

Responsabilités

• It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
• You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
• You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
