HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca for the Bancassurance channel. The role involves field sales, traveling within the assigned location to engage channel partner teams and customers, and achieving defined targets through collaboration with partners.

• 6 months to 4 years sales experience is preferred.
• Age 21–38 years.

Responsabilités

• This is a field job requiring travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
• You will be evaluated on meeting business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
• You will accompany channel partner teams on pre- and post-sales activities such as claim settlements.
• You will learn technology/mobility enhancements to comply with the Sales Management Process.
• You will uphold organizational values and regulatory compliance in every action.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.
