HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca in Ambala, Haryana, to drive Bancassurance sales through partner banks. The role requires graduation in any stream and 6 months to 4 years of sales experience.

It is a field job with travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers. You will be evaluated on meeting business targets (top line, persistency, product mix) and will accompany channel partners on pre- and post-sales activities including claim

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
