Job summary

SVP Packing Industry in Maharashtra seeks a competent Sales Admin to handle sales orders, quotations, and customer follow-ups. You will coordinate with Dispatch, Production, and Accounts, update payment status, and maintain CRM and documentation to ensure smooth order flow.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and presentation skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage order processing from quotation to delivery while ensuring timely dispatch and MIS updates.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of order processing.
• Experience with quotation preparation, customer follow-up, dispatch coordination and payment follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups with customers and dispatch.
• Update payment status and maintain sales MIS and CRM documentation.
