We are seeking a Sales Coordinator / MIS Executive to support our sales operations team.

The primary focus of this role is :

To Work & Check on the Field Reporting system of Team.

To manage and validate expense claims, ensure compliance with travel policies, and maintain accurate operational reports for our field sales team (Medical Representatives).

Key Responsibilities:

• Expense Statement Management:
  • Review and verify monthly expense statements submitted by Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure accuracy and adherence to company Travel & Expense (T&E) policies.
  • Conduct audits on travel claims, bills, and vouchers to prevent discrepancies.
• Reporting & MIS Management:
  • Collect, compile, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly field reports (e.g., Daily Call Reports, Weekly/Monthly activity reports).
  • Maintain and update Sales Management Information Systems (MIS) and CRM databases with accurate field data.
  • Generate periodic performance reports for management regarding sales activities, tour plans, and team productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 2-6 yrs experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic accounting principles.
