You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare quotations and tender documents, register vendors, track payments and EMD, and ensure timely delivery. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in sales coordination or related role

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Concern sales persons, forwarding mails, new enquires
• Vendor registration in various portal for the new development items and tender portals
• Supporting new sales persons in identifying the customers and providing previous details if available.
• Identifying new tenders in portals
• Preparing Quotation, Tender documents & monthly presentations
• Follow up Pending Payment, Tender EMD and SD
• Getting drawing approval from customer and forwarding to production
• Getting dispatch details from factory and forwarding to customers
• Follow up on pending offers, expected orders
• Review of Purchase order and preparing documents required for dispatch
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries are handled efficiently
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
• Ensure to follow the company rules, regulation and policies
