Job summary

Qualifications

• Any graduate with 0–3 years in Sales, BD, tele-sales or CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive, target-oriented approach; CRM/Excel knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle and follow up on enquiries received through various business channels.
2. Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
3. Communicate product features, benefits, pricing and relevant information to customers.
4. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
5. Follow up on enquiries and customer discussions to support business conversions. And collect feedback from customers regarding products and services.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and understand their ongoing requirements.
7. Identify opportunities for additional and repeat business from existing customers.
8. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, enquiries and sales status.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
