Osseous Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. in Morbi, Gujarat is seeking a female Sales Coordinator to support the sales and distribution network. You will coordinate with distributors, dealers, doctors and the sales team to ensure daily sales activities and timely deliveries.

The role requires strong communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati, proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Email, and a proactive, multitasking mindset. Fresher with medical background welcome.

Formación

• 0-3 years in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales.
• Graduate. Diploma/B.Sc/Pharma background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Skills: good coordination, multitasking, target-oriented and customer handling.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with Distributors, Dealers, Traders, Doctors, and Sales Team for daily sales activities.
• Order Management: Handle order processing, follow-ups with production and dispatch for timely delivery.
• Customer Support: Attend customer queries, maintain relationships with channel partners and doctors.
• Sales Team Support: Assist field sales team with product information, quotations, and documentation.
• MIS & Reports: Prepare daily sales reports, track dispatches, maintain distributor/dealer database and CRM.
• Market Data: Collect feedback from market, share competitor information and support lead generation.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain good understanding of orthopaedic implants and their applications.
