Job summary

Onnsynex Ventures is seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator in Delhi to support the sales team in freight forwarding and logistics.

You will schedule meetings, prepare proposals and contracts, respond to client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while tracking performance and market trends.

Excellent English communication and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Coordinator in Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Shipping or logistics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of logistics, freight, customs clearance and supply chain industry
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong multitasking and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in screening, managing and fixing meetings with prospective and new clients
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and calls for the sales team
• Prepare and distribute sales documents such as proposals, contracts and presentations
• Respond to client inquiries and provide service information as needed
• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and analyses to track performance
• Gather information required by clients from relevant departments and serve them
• Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads and achieve revenue targets
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies and campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator in the Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance,Shipping or logistics industry
• Strong Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
• Knowledge of logistics, freight, custom clearance and supply chain industry is mandatory
