Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities between internal departments and domestic & international clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Handle sales documentation including quotations, invoices, dispatch schedules, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in client queries, proposal preparation, and order processing.
• Track sales performance and prepare MIS/reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and other departments for smooth order execution.
• Assist in trade shows, client visits, and international communication.
• Provide effective after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
