Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking a dynamic Sales/Customer Conversion executive to engage users who received remedy recommendations and guide them through the purchase process. You will follow up with interested users, address concerns, and push for conversions while coordinating with astrologers to align user needs with remedies.

You should excel in communication, have 1 year of experience in telesales or related roles, and be comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets to track interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in outbound calling or telesales preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in Sales, Telesales, or Customer Conversion.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
