Job summary

Outsized, a global consulting firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior consultant for an immediate, full-time engagement based in Goa. The project supports a consumer durables client on a broader business initiative, with a strong emphasis on strengthening the client’s commercial and sales agenda.

You will work with the project team on sales-related workstreams, bring hands-on consumer durables experience, and translate insights into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders over a 3–6 month

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in sales within the consumer durables sector.
• MBA from a Tier 1 business school.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders and translating business challenges into actionable recommendations.

Location: Goa. Consultant to be based in Goa Monday–Friday; travel expenses will be covered, with flexibility to return to their base location over weekends.

Contract Duration: Initially 3–6 months, with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.
