Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes to support client engagements.
• Lead development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and challenges.
• Project management activities, including managing teams, timeline management, milestone tracking, and client communication.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, providing valuable inputs and assistance as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Manage teams of business analysts and junior consultants.
• Contribute to the pre-sales process by assisting in development of sales proposals.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in client-facing business, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
• Previous experience delivering solutions and working with clients in the pharmaceuticals, manufacturing or BFSI industries will be a plus.
• Previous experience in leading teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and present findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, as needed.

Work Location:

The candidate should be based out of Delhi NCR or Bangalore or be willing to relocate. The role will involve working from office at least two days in a week and may involve occasional travel to client location.
