Job summary

Global Consulting Firm is engaging a senior consultant to lead a consumer finance module in Goa for a 3–4 month engagement. The project focuses on cashback, EMI optimisation and partnerships with NBFCs, and requires deep consumer finance experience and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

The consultant will work onsite in Goa, coordinating with the client and consulting team to deliver practical recommendations and drive the workstream to completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in consumer finance and/or the NBFC ecosystem.
• CA qualification or prior experience working with NBFCs.
• Strong understanding of EMIs, credit-card EMI structures, cashback mechanisms and consumer financing.
• Ability to independently lead a focused workstream and engage confidently with senior stakeholders and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consumer finance module end-to-end.
• Assess and identify opportunities to optimise customer cashback and financing propositions.
• Analyse EMI and credit-card EMI structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with NBFCs and relevant financial partners as part of the workstream.

Project Overview

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is supporting a consumer durables company on a broader business initiative in Goa. As part of the engagement, the team is addressing a focused consumer finance workstream covering areas such as cashback and EMI optimisation and engagement with financial partners.

Location: Goa. Consultant to be based in Goa Monday–Friday; travel expenses will be covered, with flexibility to return to their base location over weekends.

Working model: Full-time, onsite

Contract Duration: Approximately 3–4 months, aligned to the duration of this specific module.
