Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a results-oriented Sales Consultant for automobile sales in Pune, Baner, Maharashtra, India. Minimum 1 year of experience in 4-wheeler / passenger car sales is required, along with strong customer handling, lead conversion, communication, and negotiation skills.

You will engage with prospects, explain features, pricing and financing options, manage leads through follow-up and negotiation, and aim to achieve individual sales targets while building lasting customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in automobile sales.
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• 4-wheeler / passenger car sales experience is required.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on vehicle models, features, pricing, offers, and developments in the automobile market.
