Job summary

KGDC Enterprises LLP is seeking field sales interns to bring rooftop solar to families in their block. You will learn full-cycle field sales while earning a stipend and performance-based pay.

6-month internship across multiple districts in Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal with shadowing by the SSE. Successful candidates are graduates or current students with excellent communication skills, fluent in local languages, and owning a smartphone with two-wheeler.

KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The opportunity:

Be the face of KGDC in your own block or town. You will bring rooftop solar to families in your area, learn full-cycle field sales, and earn while your college continues. We place 1-2 interns in every Block and ULB across our districts: Jamshedpur, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan (Jharkhand); Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Keonjhar, Sundargarh (Odisha); Purulia, Jhargram, Kharagpur, Bankura (West Bengal).

What you will do:

• Generate and follow up leads in your block or town through canvassing and community outreach
• Explain the subsidy and financing scheme to families in simple, local language
• Coordinate site visits with your district Sales Executive (SSE) and support closing
• Keep your leads and follow-ups updated in the CRM

Must-have:

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)
• Strong communication and convincing skills (hard requirement)
• Fluent in the local language (Hindi / Odia / Bangla); working English
• Own smartphone and two-wheeler
• Ownership mindset: you follow up without being chased

What you get:

• Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 plus ₹1,500 per confirmed installation
• Earning opportunity of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month while your college continues
• Structured shadowing with your SSE in week one

Reports to: SSE of your district. Duration: 6 months.
