Job summary

KGDC Enterprises LLP is hiring a Sales Executive to own residential solar sales in a designated Odisha district. You will lead the full sales cycle from follow-up to closing, explain schemes and subsidies, and coordinate with operations for loan docs.

You will also mentor interns in your district, build a client book, and maintain CRM pipeline with a daily field emphasis and a target-driven incentive structure.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.
• Own two-wheeler with valid licence is required.
• Fluent in local language (Odia/Hindi/Bangla) with working English.

KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The opportunity:

Own residential solar in your district. One Sales Executive per district: Jamshedpur, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan (Jharkhand); Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Keonjhar, Sundargarh (Odisha); Purulia, Jhargram, Kharagpur, Bankura (West Bengal). You will also coach the interns placed in your district's blocks and towns, so you build a team as well as a book of business.

What you will do:

• Own the household sales cycle: lead follow-up, site visits, scheme and subsidy explanation, quotation and closing


• Coordinate loan and documentation with our operations team


• Direct, coach and review the interns in your district


• Keep pipeline and follow-ups updated in the CRM

Must-have:

• Strong communication and convincing skills (hard requirement)


• Own two-wheeler and valid licence


• Fluent in the local language of your state (Odia / Hindi / Bangla); working English


• Comfortable with daily field work and a target-linked incentive structure

Good-to-have:

field sales experience (telecom, insurance, RO/water purifier, fintech, microfinance). Freshers with an ownership mindset are welcome.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month plus ₹1,800 travel allowance, plus PF and ESIC as applicable


• Incentive of ₹2,000 for every confirmed installation you close, plus ₹500 for every confirmed installation closed by your interns. No upper cap.


• Earning potential as high as ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Zonal Head (Residential Solar).
