Codingal, a global leader in online AI and coding education for kids, is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate for our Renewals team in Bengaluru, India. This is an in-person role with no remote option.

You will follow up with prospects, coordinate multi-channel outreach, close sales within the cycle, and help the team achieve monthly targets while tracking key metrics. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup with benefits like health insurance, PF contribution,

Qualificações

• English communication and written skills are mandatory.
• Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior Edtech B2C sales experience preferred (min 6 months).
• Exceptional communicator who can deliver a sales pitch and maintain customer relationships.
• Result-driven in a high-target environment.
• Self-learner capable of understanding product & services within 2 days.

We are looking for a full-timeBusiness Development Associate in our Renewals teamto join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow-up and Conversion: Intensively follow up with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Engage leads through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls to build trust and encourage enrollment.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a high-performance, competitive environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success while achieving individual targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English communication and written skills is mandatory
• Computer Science or technical background preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is preferred (min 6 months)
• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch like a charm and maintain healthy customer relationships
• Result-driven with experience in an extremely target-centric job
• Self-learner with a high grasping ability and can learn about the product & services within 2 days

Education:

Bachelors in IT field is preferred but not mandatory
