Job summary

Codingal, a global leader in online AI and coding education for kids, is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the US shift to support parents and teachers with chat, email and phone calls.

This in-person role in India offers exposure to a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup, opportunities to build customer relationships, escalate issues, and contribute to high retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication required.
• Available to work from the office in person.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience to the customers.
• Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers.
• Provide chat, Email, and call support to our customers.
• Handle escalation tickets.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes.
• Be a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate (US Shift) to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional experience to the customers.
2. Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers.
3. Provide chat, Email, and call support to our customers.
