Job summary

Leap Scholar is seeking an admissions counselor to conduct online counseling sessions for students aiming to study abroad. You will advise on course selection, universities, and programs, and assist in filing applications while maintaining a high follow-up cadence to hit enrollment targets.

Ideal candidates will have CRM knowledge, a proven track record of meeting targets, and prior experience in study abroad or Edtech. You are a self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad.
• Guide students on courses to opt for based on their profile and interests.
• Assist students in deciding on universities/colleges and programs to apply to.
• Assist in preparing and filing their applications.
• Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions.

The charter for this role will include :

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad

Ideal Persona would :
